摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,推动县域经济社会发展,提升黑龙江省农村中等职业教育服务"三农"的质量和水平,应从我省"三农"实际情况和农村中等职业教育发展的实际出发,认清农村中等职业教育的现状、存在的主要问题,了解和汲取符合国情省情的国际先进经验和成熟做法,提出科学合理的对策和建议,推进农村职业教育的科学发展,助推乡村振兴战略的精准实施。To implement the strategy of rural revitalization, promote the economic and social development of the counties, and improve the quality and level of rural secondary vocational education in Heilongjiang province, we should recognize the present situation and main problems from the actual situation of ＂three rural areas＂ in our province and the development of secondary vocational education in rural areas. We should understand and draw on advanced international experience and mature practices that are in line with national conditions and save the situation, put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions, and promote the scientific development of rural vocational education and promote the accurate implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization strategy.
