摘　　要：血液形态学检查是医学院校临床实验诊断学课程中的重点和难点,通过近几年对临床医学专业五年制、七年制及"5+3"一体化本科阶段《实验诊断学》"临床血液学检测"部分的理论及实验课带教工作,针对学生在血液形态初学时出现的普遍问题进行总结及分析,如涂片观察视野寻找不准确、形态相近的细胞易混淆、过分关注诸如涂抹细胞、染料渣子等非细胞物质;进而从理论与实验课结合、充分利用形态学图谱资源库及完善形态学考核制度三方面提出相应的解决对策,旨在激发学生积极性,培养临床诊断思维,提高教学质量,为培养合格的高素质临床工作人员打下坚实基础。The blood morphological examination is the key and difficult point in the medical course of clinical laboratory diagnostics. This study makes a summary and analysis of the common problems appearing in the clinical undergraduate beginners of blood morphologic learning. For example, the students can＇t find the microscopic field inappropriately, or confuse the similar cells easily and pay too much attention to non-cell substances such as basket cell/smudge cell and stain precipitate. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from three aspects： combining theory with experimental class, making full use of morphological atlas resource base and perfecting morphological examination system, aiming at stimulating the enthusiasm of the students, training the diagnostic thinking of the clinics, improving the teaching quality, and laying a solid foundation for training qualified high-quality clinicians.
