摘　　要：一所大学的教育理念和教育方式,对人才培养的影响至关重要。不同的大学有不同的教育理念,这是由各自国情和国体所决定的,但所有大学的教育理念都有为服务国家发展培养所需人才的共同目标。从教育理念研究的视角,探析世界一流大学的教育模式和办学经验,对于当前我们国家统筹推进一流大学、一流学科建设具有重要意义。不列颠哥伦比亚大学的教育理念具有西方传统大学和时代发展需要的典型特征,充分吸收借鉴其先进的教育理念和理念指导下形成的优质教学方法,可以为省属高校完善现代大学制度,深化教育思想和教育教学改革提供有益借鉴和范式模板。The educational concept and educational method of a university are of great importance to the cultivation of talents. Different universities have different educational concepts, which are determined by their respective national conditions and national bodies. However, all universities have the common goal of serving the country to develop the required talents. From the perspective of educational concept research, it is of great signifi cance to explore the educational model and experience of world-class universities to promote the construction of fi rst-class universities and disciplines in our country. The educational philosophy of the University of British Columbia is typical of the development needs of Western traditional universities and times. It can fully absorb and draw on the advanced educational concepts and high-quality teaching methods formed under the guidance of its advanced educational concepts and concepts, and can improve the modern university system for provincial universities. Deepening educational thought and educational reform provide useful reference and paradigm template.
