摘  要:绩效考核能有效促进高校教师科研创新,但已有研究缺乏对其内部机制的深入探讨。基于来自"985工程"高校教师的213份调查问卷,采用结构方程模型,检验了绩效考核对高校教师科研创新行为的影响,以及知识共享所发挥的中介作用机制。结果表明,评价取向的绩效考核对主动性科研创新与被动性科研创新均有促进作用,一般知识共享与关键知识共享在二者之间所起的中介作用显著;发展取向的绩效考核对被动性科研创新无显著影响,但对主动性科研创新行为的影响显著,一般知识共享与关键知识共享的中介作用十分明显。Performance assessment takes the function of stimulating university faculty's scientific innovation,but the existing literatures lack of in-depth exploration on the internal mechanism. Based on 213 survey questionnaires from"985"university faculty,the paper explores the impacts of performance assessment played on university faculty's scientific innovation,and the mediating mechanism of knowledge sharing in between. The result shows that appraisal oriented performance assessment can both stimulate proactive innovation and passive innovation,and the intermediation of general and critical knowledge sharing is significant;developmental oriented performance assessment has no significant impact on the passive innovation,but has significant impact on proactive innovation;general and critical knowledge sharing plays significant intermediation in between.
