摘 要:政府与企业为外来务工人员开展培训的主要目的是提高生产率与经济效益。政府与企业追求经济效益的价值取向,使之难以从有利于外来工增值与生命成长层面进行考量。为了弥补政府与企业在外来工培训方面存在的不足,高校-社区教育共同体越来越被视为外来工群体增值与生命成长的有效范式。然而,外来工群体教育培训中普遍存在高校缺位、社区缺席、高校与社区交互融合不足等问题,唯有通过实施建构高校与社区在外来工教育培训上的精神共同体、合作共同体与实践共同体之行动策略,方可达成促进外来工群体增值与生命成长的目的。The main purposes of government and enterprises to train the migrant workers are to improve the productivity and economic benefits. However,the increment of human capital and the growth of migrant workers are ignored. In order to make up the deficiency of training projects carried out by government and enterprises,the role of higher education institutions and communities are becoming increasingly important. Education community of higher education institution and community is now being regarded as an effective paradigm for the increment of human capital and the growth of migrant workers. However,higher education institutions and communities can not give full play to the education and training for the migrant workers,and the construction of the spiritual community,the cooperative community,and the practice community can be regarded as an effective strategy.
