摘　　要：2018年4月,《中小学数字校园建设规范(试行)》(以下简称《规范》)的发布引起了广泛关注。近年来,在政府引导下,我国中小学数字校园建设取得了突出进展,基础环境和信息化应用都取得了显著提升,但在建设模式不符合"互联网+"的要求、数据不互通、资源无法共享,应用系统和应用能力建设尚无法适应融合创新的需要等挑战,这些挑战成为《规范》的现实背景。The publication of the Construction Standard（trial） of Digital Campus in primary and secondary schools has attracted wide attention. In recent years, With the government＇s guidance, the prominent progress has been made in digital campus construction. The infrastructure, including network and instruction devices, and applying ICT has made a significant boost. Meanwhile the construction patterns are not suitable for the requirements of ＂Internet ＋＂, the data is not interconnected result that the not sharing resources, the development of systems and teachers＇ ability are still unable to meet the needs of the infusion and innovation. These challenges become the realistic need of the Construction Standard（trial） of Digital Campus in primary and secondary schools.
