民办高校日语专业建设与人才培养

摘　　要：进入21世纪以后,伴随着中国民办高校的迅猛发展,民办高校本科日语专业获得了难得的发展机遇。按照我国的教育发展规划,民办高校人才的培养目标主要是培养服务于当地经济建设的应用型人才。但纵观国内民办高校日语专业的建设与发展,基本上都是在简单地模仿公立大学,并没有形成"独自"的专业建设和人才培养体系。本文主要在概括整理民办高校日语专业建设、人才培养等方面的发展现状和课题的基础上,探索日语专业的教学改革路径与方法,并认为其人才培养目标应该是培育"日语+第二外语(英语)+专业",并具有国际视野、思辨能力的复合型、应用型人才。Many private universities have been established in China during the 21st century. Almost all of these universities have set up one individual department dedicated to a Japanese language program, aiming to cultivate experienced human re- sources to boost each local economy. However, it seems that they are copying the traditional education systems of the state-run universities, rather than establishing their own style. This article focuses on finding a unique and effective way to design the Japanese language teaching program in private universities. As a conclusion, we propose that a new program of ＂Japanese lan- gnage ＋ English as a second foreign language ＋ one major＂ should be set up, aiming to equip the students with multiple skills and a global perspective.
