摘　　要：目的探讨存活蛋白(survivin)和胱天蛋白酶3(caspase 3)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及与胰腺癌患者临床特征的关系。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的180例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,收集患者的胰腺癌组织标本180例和癌旁组织标本90例,采用免疫组织化学法检测胰腺癌组织和癌旁组织中survivin和caspase 3蛋白的表达情况,分析胰腺癌组织中survivin和caspase 3蛋白表达与患者临床特征的关系。结果胰腺癌组织中survivin和caspase 3蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织(P﹤0.01)。有淋巴结转移、中低分化胰腺癌患者胰腺癌组织的survivin蛋白阳性表达率均高于无淋巴结转移、高分化患者(P﹤0.05);不同年龄、性别、TNM分期胰腺癌患者胰腺癌组织的survivin蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。高分化胰腺癌患者胰腺癌组织的caspase 3蛋白阳性表达率明显高于中低分化患者(P﹤0.01);不同年龄、性别、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况胰腺癌患者胰腺癌组织的caspase 3蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 survivin和caspase 3蛋白在胰腺癌组织中高表达,并且与胰腺癌的发生发展关系密切。Objective To explore the relationship between survivin, caspase 3 protein levels and clinical features in patients with pancreatic cancer. Method The clinical data of 180 patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and 180 specimens of pancreatic cancer tissue and 90 specimens of para-carcinoma tissue were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of survivin and caspase 3 protein, and the relationship between the expression level of them and the clinical features of patients was analyzed. Result The expression levels of survivin and caspase 3 protein in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in para-carcinoma tissue（P〈0.01）. The positive expression rate of survivin protein in pancreatic cancer tissue of patients with lymphatic metastasis and moderate to poor differentiation was higher than that of patients without lymphatic metastasis and high differentiation（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in positive expression rate of survivin protein between different age, sex, TNM stage of the patients（P〉0.05）. The positive expression rate of caspase 3 protein in pancreatic cancer tissue of patients with high differentiation was significantly higher than that of patients with moderate to poor differentiation（P〈0.01）, and there was no significant difference in positive expression rate of caspase 3 protein between different age, sex, TNM stage, with or without lymphatic metastasis of patients（P〉0.05）. Conclusion survivin and caspase 3 proteins are highly expressed in pancreatic cancer tissue and closely related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
