摘　　要：随着计算机应用的普及,各行各业对计算机操作人员的能力要求越来越高,其中,团队合作能力就显得越来越重要,如何在教学中培养学生的团队合作能力也是每位教师需要深思的问题。以《JAVA语言程序设计》教学为例,将《JAVA语言程序设计》教学工作过程化,然后将学生进行科学分组,以组的形式完成典型工作任务,从而培养学生的团队合作能力,为学生毕业就业打下坚实基础。With the popularization of computer applications, the ability of computer operators in various industries is becoming stronger and stronger, and the ability of teamwork is becoming more and more important. How to cultivate studentsundefined teamwork ability in teaching is also a problem worth pondering by every teacher. Taking the teaching of ＂JAVA language programming＂ as an example, the teaching work of ＂JAVA language programming＂ is turned into a process, then the students are grouped into scientific groups to complete the typical work tasks in the form of groups, so as to cultivate the studentsundefined ability of teamwork. Lay a solid foundation for graduates and employment.
