摘　　要：构建基于网络的高素质课程教学团队能有效聚合各级电大教师的智慧,是解决教师数量不足的理想途径。通过对相关概念的分析,提出了网络教学团队的设计理念,在实践中构建了团队运行模式,并对运行的实际效果进行了量性和质性评价。Building based on network of scientific and reasonable teaching team polymerization the wisdom of the teachers at all levels effectively, can solve the this problem. Through the analysis of correlation concepts, the design idea of the network teaching team is put forward,constructing the Operative Module of Practical Reasoning, and quantitative and qualitative evaluation is made for the actual effect of operation.
