摘　　要：分析国内高职院校教学质量保障监控体系建设情况,呈现为ISO9000系列标准指导下的多种体系并存局面,提出构建海洋特色高职院校教学质量保障监控体系的思路,通过真实院校案例阐述体系建设和实施方法,以及体系在院校治理理念、内涵建设等方面取得的成效,为其他高职院校在建设船员教育和培训质量体系、教学质量诊断与改进体系方面提供可借鉴的经验。This paper analyzes the construction of the monitoring system of teaching quality assurance in vocational colleges, presents the coexistence situation of various systems under the guidance of ISO9000 series standards, puts forward the idea of constructing the monitoring system of teaching quality guarantee of marine characteristics vocational colleges, and expounds the construction and implementation methods of the system through the case of real colleges and universities, and the system in the management of colleges and universities. The results of the concept and connotation construction provide some useful experience for other vocational colleges in the construction of the quality system of maritime education and training, the diagnosis and improvement of teaching quality.
