摘  要:为了提高地方高校数学师范专业人才培养质量,适应学校转型发展,积极探索专业人才培养的新路,就龙岩学院而言,针对现状和存在的问题,采取了立足地方发展明确培养目标、面向教师教育调整课程设置、根据职业特点加强专业教育、落实应用型发展加强教学实践活动、根据实际条件组建教学团队等措施,促进了专业发展,提高了人才培养的质量。Some problems concerning talent cultivation arise during the transition period. The paper, taking Longyan University as an example, tries to explore a new road for cultivating professional talents and some measures have been taken for this objective: Firstly, according to the needs of local service development, we define professional training objectives. Secondly, we adjust the curriculum according to the characteristics of teacher education. Thirdly, we strengthen mathematics education according to the occupation of mathematics teachers. Fourthly, we strengthen the practice of mathematics teaching according to the transition and development requirements. Finally, we build a teaching team based on actual conditions.
