摘　　要：以湖北生物科技职业学院为例,阐述了种子生产与经营专业现代学徒制人才培养模式改革取得的初步成效,以期为高职院校涉农专业开展现代学徒制人才培养模式改革提供理论依据。Taking Hubei Vocational College of Biotechnology as an example,the achievements in the reforms of modern apprenticeship talent training model in seed production and management specialty were expounded,so as to provide theoretical basis for the reform of the modern apprenticeship talent training model for agriculture-related majors in higher vocational colleges.
