裂纹对带锯条横向振动故障阈值时间的影响

摘  要:以MJ3210A型木工跑车带锯机为研究对象,运用信号采集分析仪采集、分析不同工况下带锯条的横向振动位移,测试、分析故障阈值时间,找出不同条件下带锯条裂纹与故障阈值时间关系.正交试验分析表明:影响MJ3210A型跑车带锯机锯条横向振动位移的主次因素为锯轮转速、锯条张紧力、进料速度;在最优工作条件下,可以根据故障阈值时间范围判定带锯条负载状况和产生裂纹缺陷状况;裂纹长度对带锯条故障阈值时间的影响十分明显.随着裂纹长度的增加故障阈值时间急剧增加,负载情况不同其增加速率也不同;空载完好带锯条故障阈值时间最大,空载裂纹带锯条次之,负载裂纹带锯条最小;不同树种故障阈值时间不同.随着木材硬度的增加,有裂纹缺陷带锯条故障阈值时间随之增加.可以根据故障阈值时间和加工树种的不同,判断带锯条负载状况及裂纹缺陷发展状况.在判别带锯条故障种类及发展程度上故障阈值时间法要好于横向振动位移法和主频率法、最大Lyapunov指数法.Taking the MJ3210A woodworking sports car band saw as the research object,the signal acquisitionanalyzer is used to collect and analyze the lateral vibration displacement of the band saw blade under differentworking conditions,the test and analysis of fault threshold time are carried out to find the crack and failure of theband saw blade under different conditions. The orthogonal test analysis shows that the primary and secondaryfactors affecting the lateral vibration displacement of the saw blade of the MJ3210A sports car band saw are asfollows:saw wheel speed,saw blade tension and sports car feed speed;under the optimal working conditions,itcan be based on the fault threshold time range to determine the working condition of the band saw blade and thecondition of crack defect;the crack length has obvious influence on the fault threshold time of the band sawblade. As the crack length increases,the fault threshold time of band saw blade increases sharply,and the loadrate is different. The fault threshold time of band saw blade is the largest,the no-load crack band saw blade is thesecond,and the load crack band saw blade is the smallest;the different tree species have different fault thresholdtimes. As the hardness of the wood increases, the fault threshold time of band saw blade with crack defectsincreases. According to the fault threshold time and the processing of the raw material species,the status of theband saw blade load and the development of the crack defect can be judged. The fault threshold time method isbetter than the lateral vibration displacement method and the main frequency method and the maximum Lyapunovexponent method in judging the type and development degree of band saw blade failure.
