制造企业ERP项目实施的关键因素分析——以W公司为例

摘　　要：以天津W公司为例,对其ERP项目实施过程中的关键因素,从项目经理、项目团队、项目沟通、人员培训、咨询顾问5个方面进行分析并提出改善方案,旨在为企业有效实施ERP项目提供有益的帮助。Taking Tianjin W company as an example, this paper analyzed the key factors in the implementation of ERP project from 5 aspects including project manager, project team, project communication, personnel training and consultant, and provided feasible suggestions, in order to help for the effective implementation of ERP project.
