比较视阈下京津冀经济圈职业教育发展路径探索——与长三角和珠三角经济圈进行比较

摘　　要：京津冀、长三角和珠三角被称为三大经济圈。与其他两个经济圈相比,京津冀经济圈在区域经济发展水平、发展速度、区域内城市之间的融合程度均较低。职业教育与地方经济发展应紧密融合,但三大经济圈的职业教育却表现出较大的专业建设的同质性。随着当前京津冀协同发展国家战略的实施,京津冀区域发展模式将发生实质性转变,京津冀职业教育发展也必须适应这一现实需求,探索出不同于长三角和珠三角的发展模式。具体而言,京津冀职业教育发展的路径呈现如下特点:职业教育发展应具有地域特征;围绕产业生态链强化本地职业教育对社会发展的贡献度;京津冀三地职业院校校际融合将成为必然趋势。Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta axe called China＇s three major econom- ic circles. Compared with the other two economic circles, the integration level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe Region is lower than that of the former two in terms of regional economic developing level, developing speed, and regional cities. Vocational extucation and lo- cal economic development should be closely integrated, but the vocational education in the three economic circles shows geat ho- mogeneity in specialty construction. With the implementation of the current national strategy for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the regional development model of this area will be substantially changed. The development of vocation- al education in this region must also adapt to this realistic demand, and the development model different from the Yangtze River Del- ta and the Pearl River Delta is explored. In particular, the path of the development of vocational education in Beijing- Tianjin-He- bei region will follow the following characteristics： the development of vocational education has regional characteristics; the contri- bution of local vocational education to the social development around the industrial ecological chain should be strengthened, and the interschool integration of the vocational colleges in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will become an inevitable trend.
