媒体融合时代现代型秘书岗位胜任能力研究——以四川省文秘岗位为例

摘　　要：媒体融合时代,秘书工作的性质将从专职变为兼职,工作场域的物理性、空间性不再受限,传统秘书的岗位胜任能力已不能适应时代发展的需求。通过对四川省现有文秘岗位的现代型秘书岗位胜任力进行调研分析,认为现代型秘书岗位的胜任力包括综合性,创造性、抗风险性、预见性和强大的学习迁移能力。In the age of media integration, the secretarial work style can be changed from full-time to part-time. There is no longer physical and space limit in work fields. The traditional secretarial post competency cannot meet the requirement of era development. The modern secretarial post competency in the existing secretarial positions in Sichuan province is investigated and analyzed. The modern secretarial post competency includes comprehensiveness, creativity, ability to resist risks, prediction and strong transfer learning ability.
