摘 要:谷氨酰胺转移酶(TG)是具有多种催化功能的蛋白家族,其中基因TGM6编码的谷氨酰胺转移酶6(TG6)在脑内分布较多,主要催化转酰胺基反应,使谷氨酰胺与赖氨酸之间形成异肽键交联,这种交联既可以在分子内部也可以在分子间形成。越来越多研究发现TGM6与多种神经系统疾病相关。文中介绍了TG,尤其是TG6的结构、分布、功能及其在神经系统疾病中可能发挥的作用。Transglutaminase is a superfamily of proteins with multiple catalytic functions. Among the family, transglutaminase 6(TG6), encoded by the gene TGM6, is abundantly distributed in the brain and can catalyze various post-translational reactions, especially transamidation in the brain. Through transamidation, glutamine residues and lysine residues will be cross-linked intermolecularly or intramolecularly to form Nε(γ-glutamyl) lysine isopeptide bridge. In recent years, more and more studies have found that TGM6 is associated with a variety of neurological diseases. This review focused on the structure, function and possible role of transglutaminase in neurological diseases, especially the characteristics of TG6.
