摘  要:针对无机化学教学中缺少对学生工程实践、创新能力培养的问题,阐述传统教学模式与工程实践、创新培养不相匹配的原因,提出面向工程实践、创新能力培养的无机化学教学新模式:课堂教学内容通过实例进行多学科相结合、和实际相结合;课堂教学方法采用教、导、学、做相结合;课堂实验教学内容注意基础性、综合性、创新性、应用性相结合;教学组织方式采用多场合、多渠道相结合。According to the lack of students' engineering practice and innovation ability in inorganic chemistry teaching,the reason that traditional teaching mode does not match engineering practice and innovative training is pointed out. New teaching mode of inorganic chemistry for engineering practice and innovative ability cultivation is founded: the content of classroom teaching is the combination of many subjects and practice through examples;classroom teaching methods are the combination of teaching,guidance,learning and doing; classroom experiment teaching are the combination of basic,comprehensive,innovative and applied contents; and teaching organization is in the form of multiple occasions and channels.
