摘　　要：项目教学以项目为主题、以学生为中心,以学代教。将项目教学与高职英语教学相结合,既能提高学生的语言技能又能培养学生的自主学习能力和管理能力,在高职英语教学中具有很强的实用性。本文探讨项目教学在高职英语教学中的实施步骤,阐述基于项目教学的高职英语整体教学设计和单元设计,提出实施项目教学应注意的问题。Project-based teaching takes project as the theme,students as the center,and focuses on learning instead of teaching.Applying project-based teaching into English teaching of higher vocational colleges can not only improve students＇ language skills but also cultivate students＇ autonomous learning ability and management ability,which is very practical.This paper discusses the implementation steps of project-based teaching in higher vocational English teaching,expounds the overall teaching design and unit design of higher vocational English based on project teaching.The problems that should be paid attention to in implementing project teaching are also put forward.
