摘  要:目的:以临床护理工作过程为导向,对护理人员进行规范化培训,提高护理人员的综合能力。方法:分析临床护理工作过程,确定护理人员岗前培训、在职培训的规范、内容和流程,提高培训效果。结果:通过培训,护理人员的综合能力及在护理评估、护理问题书写、护理技能操作并发症的处理、护理不良事件应急处理、健康指导等方面的能力有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:护理人才的培养和梯队建设是护理专业发展的基础,通过形式多样的护理培训,提高了护理队伍的综合实力,有助于提高护理质量,保证优质护理可持续发展。Objective: To conduct standardized training for nursing staff, improving nurses' comprehensive ability, with clinical nursing work as a guide. Methods: The clinical nursing process was analyzed, and the pre-job training of nurses, and on-the-job training norms, content and processes were determined, improving the training effect. Results: Through training, nurses' comprehensive ability and the ability in nursing assessment, nursing problem writing, nursing skill to manage complications, emergency treatment of nursing adverse event, and health instruction had been improved. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The cultivation of nursing talents and construction of echelon team are the foundation of nursing professional development. Through a variety of nursing training, the comprehensive strength of the nursing team will be improved, which helps to improve quality of care and ensure the sustainable development of quality care work.
