摘　　要：6S管理是一种基于工作现场的现代管理制度。高职院校引入6S管理模式,是实现校企文化对接的有效途径。针对6S管理在高职院校实施的意义及引入原则,明确6S管理在高职院校中具体应用的范围及内容,能够使教育、教学过程更加规范化、合理化,进一步培养学生的职业意识和职业素养,促进学生就业。6S management is a modern management system based on the working site. The introduction of6S management mode in higher vocational colleges is an effective way to achieve school -enterprise culturedocking. Aiming at the significance and introduction principle of 6S management in higher vocational colleges,clarifying the concrete application scope and content of 6S management in higher vocational colleges can makethe education and teaching process more standardized and rationalized, further train students＇ professionalawareness and professionalism, and promote students＇ employment.
