摘　　要：以山西大医院全科住院医师规范化培训管理实践为例，介绍临床药师参与全科医学科团队构建及住院医师规范化培训的背景、现状及临床指导和教学实践，为综合医院全科医学科的学科建设及改进、提高规培质量提供参考。This article introduces the background and current status of the involvement of clinical pharmacists in residency training of general practice in Shanxi Dayi Hospital, and also describes their role in general practice team building, clinical medication guidance and teaching practice, to provide reference for the continuous improvement of training management.
