摘　　要：药物化学是制药工程专业、药学专业的主干课程之一,也是一门综合性极强的应用型学科。为提升药物化学课程的教学质量、培养学生对该专业的兴趣,提高学生的动手能力,笔者通过对多年教学经验的总结,根据药物化学课程的特点,从药物化学的教学内容、实验教学、教学方法和考核评价等方面就药物化学的课程改革提出自己的几点建议。Pharmaceutical chemistry is one of the main courses of pharmaceutical engineering and pharmacy, and it is also a highly comprehensive and applied subject. In order to improve the teaching quality of pharmacochemistry course, cultivate students＇ interest in this subject and improve students＇ practical ability, the author summarizes the teaching experience for many years, and according to the characteristics of pharmacochemistry course, discusses the course of pharmacochemistry from the aspects of teaching content, experimental teaching, teaching methods and evaluation.
