摘 要:目的:研究载银羟基磷灰石(HAP-Ag)对复合树脂抑菌性及力学性能的影响。方法:将经过硅烷偶联剂KH-570处理过的载银羟基磷灰石,按照质量比为0%、1%、3%、5%、7%通过超声和机械的搅拌后添加到复合树脂中,快速填入磨具中固化。研究试件的力学性能及其对变形链球菌的抑菌效果。结果:随着HAP-Ag含量的增加,改性后的光固化复合树脂对变形链球菌的抑菌效果增加,均较空白组有显著差异(P <0. 05);随着HAP-Ag含量的增加,改性后的临床光固化树脂的显微硬度和弯曲强度先增加后减小,其中5%实验组达最大值,1%实验组与空白组相比,无显著差异(P> 0. 05),3%,7%实验组与空白组相比有显著差异(P <0. 05)。结论:添加HAP-Ag的光固化复合树脂具有良好的抑菌性,添加含量5%的实验组的弯曲强度和显微硬度最高。Objective: To explore the effects of the effects of hydroxyapatite-Ag (HAP - Ag) on the antibacterial properties and mechanical properties of the composite resin. Methods: Hydroxyapatite-Ag treated with silane coupling agent kh-570 was added to the composite resin through ultrasonic and mechanical stirring at a mass ratio of 0%, 1%, 3%, 5% and 7%, and then quickly filled into the tool for curing. The effect of mechanical properties of the specimens and its bacteriostasis effect on the streptococcus mutans were studied. Results: With the increasing of HAP - Ag content, the bacteriostasis of modification of light-cured composite resin on the streptococcus mutans increased significantly, compared with the blank group (P〈0.05). With the increasing of HAP - Ag content, the microhardness and bending strength of modified clinical photo-curing resin increased first and then decreased, among which 5% of the experimental group reached the maximum value, while 1% of the experimental group showed no significant difference compared with the blank group (P〉0.05). There were significant differences among 3% of the experimental group and 7% blank group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Adding HAP - Ag light-cured composite resin has good antibacterial property, and 5% experimental group has the highest bending strength and microhardness.
