摘 要:教育视导工作是南京政府前期(1929—1937)青岛市教育行政工作的重要组成部分。务实与高效的督学机构、视导过程的具体化、行政长官亲自视察学务、学校检查辅导并重与改进工作的建议性批评,是南京政府前期青岛教育视导工作的基本特征。南京政府前期青岛教育视导工作既注重"视导前"的准备和"视导中"的运作,又重视"视导后"的反馈,在规范视导运行机制、严格督导程序、撰写视察报告、重视结果使用、开展督后演讲等方面,积累了丰富的可借鉴经验。Education supervision was an important part of the education administration of Qingdao in the early period of the Nanjing Government(1929--1937). With its basic characteristics such as the pragmatic and efficient supervisisory institutions, the concretization of the supervision process, the chief executive' s personal inspection of the academic affairs, the school' s emphases both on examination and guidance and the constructive criticism for improving work, the Qingdao education supervision of the Nanjing Government in the early period paid attention not only to the preparation of " pre-supervision" and the operation of " insupervision", but also to the feedback of " post-supervision ", and accumulated rich and referential experiences in standardizing the operation mechanism of supervision, being strict in supervision procedures, writing inspection report, applying the results and conducting speeches after supervision.
