摘 要:目的了解五年制高职护生学业自我效能、自我调节学习能力现状,提出相应对策为护理教学改革提供参考。方法采用学业自我效能感、自我调节学习能力问卷对三所卫生职业技术学校五年制967名高职护生进行问卷调查,并根据自我效能得分将护生分为高、中、低3组,比较组间自我调节学习的差别。结果护生学业自我效能感总分为(19.41±3.87)、自主学习能力总分是(53.32士8.39);学业自我效能感、自我调节学习能力随年级增长有增加的趋势,四年级最高,高年级和低年级自我效能和自我调节差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我效能高、中、低3组护生自我调节学习能力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高职护生学业自我效能对护生自我调节学习能力具有较大的影响作用,故应加强护生学业自我效能感的培养,以提高其自我调节学习能力。Objective To study the present situation of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning in thefive-year high vocational nursing students and put forward strategies for the reform of nursing teaching. Methods A questionnaire survey about academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning was conducted among 967 fiveyear high vocational nursing students from three different health schools . Students were divided into three groups as high, middle and low according to their scores of self-efficacy, and different self-regulated learning abilities among the three groups were compared. Results The total score of nursing students' academic self-efficacy was(19. 41±3. 87)and the self-regulated learning was (53. 32±8. 39). The ability of academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning increased with the grade grows, and the fourth grade students got the highest scores. The differences of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning between senior and junior classes were of statistical significance (P〈0. 05). Furthermore, the different abilities of self-regulated learning among the three groups were significant(P〈0. 01).Conclusion It is obviously that self-efficacy has great effects on five-year high vocational nursing students' self-regulated learning ability. As a result, teachers should enhance the nursing students' sense of academic self-efficacy to improve their self-regulated learning ability.
