活性益生菌对慢性胃溃疡患者的疗效及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨活性益生菌对慢性胃溃疡患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将90例慢性胃溃疡患者均分为活性益生菌联合治疗组和常规治疗组,各45例,常规治疗组给予奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗,Hp阳性者加用阿莫西林胶囊与克拉霉素片,活性益生菌联合治疗组在此基础上加用益盟谓宝复合益生菌固体饮料,比较两组患者疗程结束时治疗效果、Hp根除效果以及生活质量。结果活性益生菌联合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05);活性益生菌联合治疗组治疗后Hp阳性率明显低于对照组,Hp根除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);活性益生菌联合治疗组躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能和总评分均显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论活性益生菌能够有效提高慢性胃溃疡的治疗效果,改善患者临床症状和生活质量,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of active probiotics on the efficacy and the quality of life in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 90 patients with chronic gastric ulcer were divided into active probiotics combined treatment group and routine treatment group with 45cases in each group according to random number table method. The routine treatment group was given omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminiumcarbonate. The positive group was given amoxicillin capsule and clarithromycin tablets. The active probiotics combined treatment group wasadded on this basis. Meng Weibao compound probiotic solid beverage was used to compare the curative effect, eradication effect of Hp and quality oflife between the two groups at the end of treatment. Results The total effective rate of active probiotics combined treatment group was significantlyhigher than that of routine treatment group （P〈0.05）, the positive rate of Hp in active probiotics combined treatment group was significantly lowerthan that of control group, and the eradication rate of Hp was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Emotional function, socialfunction and total score were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Active probiotics can effectivelyimprove the therapeutic effect of chronic gastric ulcer, improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with high clinical value.
