摘  要:要减轻职业学校中青年教师的职业倦怠心理,需要教师个人加强自我修养和进行自我调节,期待社会环境、家庭环境和职场环境不断向好。职业学校要主动作为,创设团结友善、互助合作的职场环境,推进公平公正、科学高效的"教师管理",从而减轻中青年教师的职业倦怠心理,激发广大教师的工作热情。具体包括:建设风清气正的校园生态、设计契合教师个性与学校特色的职业生涯规划、搭建可持续的专业成长平台、制订公平公正的评价与奖惩制度、鼓励教师终身学习和参加继续教育、营造其乐融融的"职场小环境"等。To alleviate the job burnout of young and middle-aged teachers in vocational schools, teachers need to strengthen self-cultivation and self-regulation and look fm--ard to the continuous improvement of social, family and workplace environment. Vocational schools should take the initiative to create a united, friendly and cooperative workplace environment to promote fair, scientific and efficient "teacher management" so as to alleviate the job burnout of young and middle-aged teachers and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers. Specifically, it includes building a clean and righteous campus ecology, designing career planning that suits teachers' personality and school characteristics, building a sustainable platform for professional growth, formulating a fair and just evalua- tion as well as reward and punishment system, encouraging teachers to study for life and participate in continuing education and creating a create a pleasant workplace environment.
