摘　　要：当前社会十分关注职业教育,不仅要提升职业教育的质量和教师的专业素养,还应提出对职业学校教师生命发展的思考。在全域视角下,对农村县域职业学校教师这个特殊群体给予关注,在理想、压力和成长中,探讨职业学校教师生命发展的状况、困难及策略。The current society pays great attention to vocational education,not only to improve the quality of vocational education and teachers＇ professional quality,but also to put forward the thinking of vocational school teachers＇ life development. From a global perspective,this paper pays attention to the special group of vocational school teachers in rural counties,and explores the status,difficulties and strategies of vocational school teachers＇ life development in the process of ideals,pressures and growth.
