校企合作传导机制与激励机理研究

摘　　要：校企合作是培养技能型人才的重要路径。文章在简述服务于技能型人才培养的国内外校企合作文献的基础上,基于行为学视阈系统构建服务于技能型人才培养的校企合作传导机制,基于管理学、战略管理、经济学和心理学等多学科梳理技能型人才培养中蕴含在校企合作间的激励机理,以期更好促进我国新时代主要矛盾转化背景下校企合作和技能型人才培养。School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate skilled talents. On the basis of a brief description of the school enterprise cooperation documents serving the training of skilled talents at home and abroad, a school-enterprise cooperation transmission mechanism for serving skilled talents is constructed based on the behavioral threshold system and an incentive theory of training skilled talents in school enterprise cooperation is combed based on the combination of management, strategic management, economics and psychology, and other disciplines, in hope of better promoting the school-enterprise cooperation and the cultivate of skilled talents in the context of the new era and the transformation of major contradiction in China.
