摘 要:采用GC2010-Plus气相色谱仪测定了104份油茶籽油样本的脂肪酸组成,同时采用NIRFlexN-500型近红外光谱仪对104份油茶籽油样本进行了近红外光谱图谱采集、模型建立及验证。结果表明:各脂肪酸组分回归方程建立选择PLS明显优于PCR;各脂肪酸组分近红外模型的Q值均大于0.6,平均值为0.68,具有应用价值;各脂肪酸组分定标集的平均相关系数(Rc)为0.87,预测标准差(SEC)为0.32,验证集的平均相关系数(Rv)为0.82,预测标准差(SEP)为0.34,表明利用步琦近红外光谱仪能较好的测定茶油脂肪酸组分的含量。104 fatty acid composition of Camellia oleifera oil have been measured by GC2010-Plus Gas Chromatograph, so do asthe near infrared spectrum map acquisition, model construction and verification by NIRFlexN-500 Near Infrared Spectrometer.The results indicated that PLS was significantly better than PCR in the establishment of regression equation of each fatty acidcomposition, whose Q value were all more than 0.6. The average Q value was 0.68, so the model had application value. The averagecorrelation coefficient (Rc) and standard deviation (SEC) of calibration set were 0.87 and 0.32, respectively, and the Rv and SEP ofvalidation set were 0.82 and 0.34. We can see that the NIRFlexN-500 Near Infrared Spectrometer from BUCHI can well measurethe content of fatty acid composition of C. oleifera oil.
