武维屏教授辨治变态反应性疾病的思路与方法

摘　　要：变态反应性疾病又称过敏性疾病,在临床上包括过敏性鼻炎、过敏性哮喘、过敏性皮炎、过敏性肠炎。随着社会的发展,人类生态环境的改变,导致了变态反应性疾病发病率日益增多。中医虽无此称谓,但对此类疾病的症状描述与治疗,古今中医文献多有记载。中医药的辨治疗效近年来越加得到中西医学术界的广泛重视与公认。对于常见变态反应性疾病的治疗,武维屏教授运用中医先进的哲学理念整体观、辨证观、预防观、恒动观防治变态反应性疾病疗效显著。武维屏教授常说临床上既要明确西医的诊断,更要有中医的临证思维(四诊八纲、气血脏腑经络辩证、分清标本缓急、据证立法选方择药)尊崇中医的先进哲学理念,以整体观、辨证观、预防观、恒动观指导临床实践。由于变态反应性疾病发病率逐年上升,应当引起中医界的广泛关注,武维屏教授通过对该病整体观探究病因病机、辨证观确立治则治法、预防观重保健调护、恒动观重视天、人、病之动态化进行诊治思路的阐述,引领我们对变态反应性疾病的更深入研究。Allergic disease includes allergic rhinitis,allergic asthma,allergic dermatitis and allergic enteritis in clinic. With the social development and the changes of human ecological environment,the incidence of allergic disease is increasing. In TCM,there is not specific term of this disease but are the descriptions and treatments for the symptoms of this kind disorder in TCM literature in ancient time and the present. The differentiation,treatment and therapeutic effect of TCM on this disease has been widely recognized and drawn the attention in the field of western medicine. For the treatment of common allergic disorders,Prof. Wu Wei-ping provides the holistic view,syndrome differentiation,prevention and constant in-motion view in philosophical concept in treatment and has achieved the significant effects. Prof. Wu stresses the clear diagnosis of the disease in western medicine,combined with the thoughts of TCM in treatment,including four diagnostic methods and eight principles,differentiation according to qi,blood,zangfu,meridian-collateral,the identification of the primary from the secondary,the treating principle and selection of herbal formulas. With the increasing of the incidence of allergic disease,the treatment of it has drawn the attention extensively in TCM circle. The thoughts of Prof. Wu on the base of the holistic idea and the correspondence of the heaven and the human,as well as the disorder,provide the approaches to the deep study on allergic disease.
