摘  要:应用现代工艺将薏苡仁与葛根复合添加到肉中制成药食两用保健肉制品,具有良好的保健功效,降低了生产成本,营养美味、即食或烹饪方便。对影响口感、风味的主要工序及参数进行研究,具有广泛的推广价值。The modem technology was applied, and coix seed and gegen were added to the meat, and health protection meat food having medicine and food function was made. It had good health benefits, and it reduced production cost, and it was nutritious and delicious, instant or cooking convenient. The main processes and parameters affecting taste and flavor were studied. It had extensive popularization value.
