民办幼儿园教师社会支持现状调查研究——以天津市10所民办幼儿园为例

摘　　要：本研究对天津市10所民办幼儿园193名教师的社会支持情况进行调查发现，民办幼儿园教师社会支持整体处于中等水平，而不同教龄、不同婚姻状况和不同工资收入的民办幼儿园教师获得的社会支持水平存在不同程度的差异。本研究据此从政府、民办幼儿园和教师个人三个层面提出相关建议。This study investigated the social support that 193 teachers from 10 private kindergartens in Tianjin obtained, and the results indicate that the overall social support for private kindergarten teachers is at medium level. The support that teachers obtained from the society varies according to their number of years of teaching, marriage status and salaries. Some suggestions are provided from the aspects of government, private kindergartens, and individuals.
