摘 要:高职院校会计教师的个人专业能力与素养将直接影响会计专业的教学效果与质量,对此,应加强并促进高职会计教师的专业化发展,以此来引领会计专业教学工作的进步。阐释高职院校会计教师专业化发展的内涵,并分析当前高职会计教师专业化发展现状,进而针对具体问题,分别从树立全新理念、提高职业素养、拓展专业知识、增强教学能力、注重身心健康等维度,提出了高职院校会计教师专业化发展的有效路径,旨在能够全面提高会计教师的综合能力,为广大学生提供更加优质的教学服务,推动高职院校会计专业教学事业的进一步发展。The personal professional ability and quality of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges will directly affect the teaching effectiveness and quality of accounting profession. In this regard, the professional development of higher vocational accounting teachers should be strengthened and promoted to contribute to the improvement of accounting profession teaching. This article explains the connotation of professional development of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the current status of professional development of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges, then addresses specific issues, from establishing new concepts, improving professionalism, expanding professional knowledge, strengthening teaching capabilities, stressing physical and psychological health and other dimensions, and puts forward an effective path for professional development of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges. The purpose is to comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of accounting teachers, provide more high-quality teaching service for the majority of students, and promote the further development of the teaching profession of accounting in higher vocational colleges.
