摘 要:人工经纬仪准直是大尺寸工业测量中立方镜姿态测量的常用方法。本文设计了一种准直测量优化方法,基于电子经纬仪伺服驱动功能,用CCD目镜代替人眼进行观测,通过数字图像处理技术提取十字丝及中心点,标定像平面坐标系下点位坐标变化与经纬仪旋转角度的函数关系,实现目镜视野范围内的自动准直引导。实验结果表明,该方法测量精度和稳定性优于人工准直,能有效提高测量效率和自动化程度。Artificial theodolite collimation is a common method for cubic mirror attitude measurement in large - scale industrial measurement. In this paper, an optimized method of collimation measurement is designed and CCD eyepieces instead of human eyes are used to observe based on electronic theodolite servo - driven functions. Digital image processing technology is used to extract the cross wire and center point, and calibrate the function relation between the change of point position coordinates and rotation angle of theodolite in the plane coordinate system, thus realizing automatic collimation guidance in CCD view range. Experimental results show that this method is more accurate and stable than manual alignment, which effectively improve the measurement efficiency and automation.
