摘  要:本文基于社会认知职业理论,采用结构方程模型分析了五所理工科高校本科生科研学习收获的调查数据,发现研究自我效能感是学术技能、研究能力和专业社会化影响本科生研究性职业意愿的中介因素。其中,学术技能和研究能力对研究职业意愿的影响完全通过研究自我效能感起作用;专业社会化对研究职业意愿有直接影响,也通过研究自我效能感产生间接影响,且间接效应大于直接效应。为改进高校的本科生科研实践,应将提升科研兴趣、增强研究工作意愿纳入本科生科研教育目标;应加强教师对本科生科研的指导,增强师生互动,从而促进学生专业社会化的发展。Based on the social cognitive career theory,employing the structural equation modeling,it analyzed the data of the survey on the undergraduate research experiences from five universities of science and engineering.Results indicated that the effect of academic skills and research capabilities on research career aspirations were entirely mediated through research self-efficacy;the effect of professional socialization on research career aspirations were partially mediated through research self-efficacy,and the indirect effect was greater than the direct effect.To improve undergraduate research practice,it should set up such goals to promote undergraduate scientific interest and enhance scientific career inclination;and should also strengthen the mentors' guidance to enhance the development of students' professional socialization.
