摘  要:作为一个多元文化国家,澳大利亚十分重视价值观教育在培养公民中的重要作用,并体现出鲜明的时代特点。AVEP计划作为新世纪澳大利亚培养21世纪公民的一项全国性倡议,受到道德发展应在各类教育中发挥作用的思想的启发,旨在解决澳大利亚传统教育的割裂状态,满足整体教育的所有需求,加大社会的融合与个体的发展。苏霍姆林斯基强调教育的整体性,AVEP计划的主要观点和重要发现都反映了苏霍姆林斯基对教育整体性的认识。通过价值观教育计划的实施,学校氛围更加平静,师生关系更加融洽,家校互动更加紧密;平静的氛围与积极关系又进一步促进了师生行为的转变,学生成为富有独立性和参与性的个体,并取得了明显的学业进步。As a multicultural country, Australia attaches great importance to the role of values education in cultivating citizens, and reflects the distinctive characteristics of the times. As a national initiative, AVEP program intends to cultivate 21 st century citizens in the new century, this program is inspired by the idea that moral development should play a role in various types of education. The AVEP program aims to solve the fragmentation of traditional Australian education and to meet the needs of education as a whole, to improve the integration of society and the development of individuals. Sukhomlynsky emphasized the integrity of education, the main points and findings of the AVEP program reflect Sukhomlynsky's understanding of the integrity of education. With the implementation of the Values Education Program in Australia, the school environment is calmer, the relationship between teachers and students is more harmonious, and the interaction between homes and school is closer. The calmer environment and positive relationships further promote the transformation of teachers and students' behavior, students become independent and participatory individuals. Many claims made about improved academic performance resulting from the values education approach.
