从美国医疗卫生现状探讨中国医疗改革

摘　　要：中国医疗卫生事业目前存在诸多问题,急需进一步改革与发展,而美国医疗卫生发达,各种医疗产业完备,如何从美国医疗卫生方面学习其先进经验,促进中国医疗卫生改革,是当今社会面临的重要问题。本文从临床实践、医疗保险、医患沟通三个方面探讨中美医疗卫生现状的差异,为我国新医改提出以下建议:积极促进医疗信息化可以有效提高医疗安全、质量、效率;在培训、治疗规范化水平提高下,医生整体素质提高;以患者为中心,应体现在医疗服务的方方面面;大力发展商业保险,有助于弥补我国现有医保的不足;减轻医生科研负担、增加患者医学教育,可以促进医患沟通、减少医患矛盾。At present, there are many problems in medical and health services of China, which are necessary to further reform and develop urgently. America has developed medical health and various mature medical industries, it is is an important issue of the society to learn learn advanced experience from medical and health of the US and promote medical health reform of China. The article discusses differences of medical and health status between China and the US from three aspects of clinical practice, medical insurance and doctor-patient communication, and puts forward following suggestions for new medical reform of China： promoting medical information can improve medical safety, quality and efficiency effectively; standardized training and treatment is conductive to improve medical treatment level; patient-centered mode should be embodied in all aspects of medical service; development of commercial insurance may help to make up shortages of medical insurance in our country; reducing doctors＇ scientific research burden and increasing medical education of patients, can promote communication between doctors and patients, reduce contradiction between doctors and patients.
