高等学校“供给侧”改革:因由、价值与进路

摘　　要：高等学校"供给侧"改革是一种立足于高等教育产品(或服务),以提升供给品质、优化供给结构为核心,以解决高等学校高等教育产品(或服务)供给问题为目的的改革。推动这种改革,对高等教育系统具有明显的提升价值,对建设高等教育强国具有重要意义。高等学校要改革人才培养供给、科研成果供给、社会服务供给、文化产品供给,以提高高等教育产品(或服务)品质,促使高等教育产品(或服务)需求方与供给方在更高"位阶"上形成新的平衡"适应界域"。这既是高等学校"供给侧"改革的核心旨归,也是建成高等教育强国的必经之路。The supply-side reform in colleges and universities is a reform which is based on the higher education product（or service）,improving the supply quality and optimizing the supply structure as its core and aiming at solving the product（or service）questions. Promoting the reform is of great value to the higher education system and is of great significance to build the powerful higher education country. Colleges and universities should make reforms in the personnel training,the scientific research,the social service and the cultural products supply,so as to improve the higher education product（or service） quality and promote the demand side and the supply side to form a new equilibrium adaptation boundary in higher order. This is not only the key aim of the supply-side reform in colleges and universities,but also the essential path to build a powerful higher education country.
