“师承制”与“见习医生制”融合教学模式下教学效果评价研究

摘　　要：目的:评价"师承制"与"见习医生制"融合教学模式(新教学模式)的教学效果。方法:比较分析2008级与2009级中医学毕业生的执业医师考试成绩。结果:新教学模式的学生在执业医师通过率和总平均分上较传统模式下的学生高。结论:新教学模式的学生并没有因为理论授课时数的减少而影响其对基本理论、基本知识的掌握,反而有所提高。Objective： To evaluate the the ＂Integrated Apprentice-Clerkship＂ model （new teaching mode） teaching effectiveness. Methods： To compare and analyze the TCM practitioners examination results of grade 2008 and grade 2009 medical graduates, Results： the ＂Integrated Apprentice-Clerkship＂model of students in practicing physicians through the rate and the total average score compared with the traditional mode of stu ents. Conclusion： the Integrated Apprentice-Clerkship model of students have not affected their mastery of basic knowledge because of a decrease in the number of lectures, but improved.
