高职院校职业生涯规划教育的研究与创新——以南京城市职业学院为例

摘　　要：职业生涯规划可以让大学生在进入职场前打下坚实的基础，但是高校的职业生涯规划教育往往难以达到预想的教学教育效果。笔者以南京城市职业学院为例，调查高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育的现状，以期寻找到高职院校职业生涯规划教育的缺失点，寻找创新与突破点，希望能为推动高职类院校职业生涯规划教育的发展给出一定的意见与建议。Career planning can lay a solid foundation for college students before they enter the workplace, but it is often difficult for college career planning education to achieve the expected teaching and education results. Taking Nanjing city vocational college as an example, the author investigates the current situation of vocational college students＇ career planning education, in order to give some opinions and suggestions for promoting the development of vocational college career planning education.
