高职院校“老年服务与管理专业”课程体系构建研究

摘　　要：社会化养老需要大量的老年服务与管理人才,目前老年服务与管理人才的匮乏越来越成为制约我国养老行业发展的瓶颈,老年服务与管理的教育也严重滞后于养老行业的发展和需要。文章通过分析我国老年服务与管理人才的现状及老年服务与管理教育中存在的问题,提出了高职院校"老年服务与管理专业"教学的措施、对策和建议。Social pension requires a large number of service and management personnel for the elderly. The current lack of such talent has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China＇s pension industry. The education for training such talent is also seriously lagging behind the development and needs of pension industry Through analyzing the current situation of elderly service and management talents and the problems in training, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the teaching of service and management talent for the elderly in adult colleges.
