基于“模块式”教学体系下医学美容技术专业校企合作特色研究

摘　　要：本研究适应社会和市场需求,在医学美容专业教学改革过程中,坚持以培养应用技术型人才为导向,打破传统的"基础课-专业基础课-专业课"和"2年在校学习+1年企业实习"培养模式,采用"模块式"教学体系,校企连脉,全方位为陕西及西部培养更多高级医学美容技术及管理人才,将有利于产学研结合共同拓展发展空间,为我国医学美容技术专业和其他专业校企合作建设与标准设立提供了科学依据,"模块式"教学体系在医学美容专业校企合作中极具特色,开创了医学美容专业校企结合特色研究的先河。To meet needs of society and market, during teaching reform of medical beauty specialty, the study adheres to guidance of cultivating application oriented technical talents, breaks traditional training mode of ＂ core course-specialized core course-specialized course＂ and ＂2 years learning in college＋1 year practice in enterprise＂, adopts ＂modular type＂ teaching system, to train more advanced medical beauty technology and management talents for Shaanxi and the West area comprehensively based on school-enterprise cooperation, which is benefit for combination of production, learning and research to expand development space, and provides scientific basis for school enterprise cooperation construction and standard of medical beauty technology specialty and other profession of China. And ＂ modular type＂ teaching system has its characteristics in school enterprise cooperation of medical beauty specialty, and opens up precedent for characteristics research of school enterprise cooperation of medical beauty specialty.
