摘 要:高温逆境会严重抑制马铃薯生长发育,导致产量下降,造成严重经济损失,笔者通过分析高温胁迫对马铃薯幼苗生长情况和部分生理指标的影响,为马铃薯抗热性机制研究提供参考。试验以‘闽薯1号’为材料,高温胁迫处理马铃薯植株,观测胁迫条件下植株生长情况变化,超氧阴离子(O^(2-))、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H_2O_2)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量变化,及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等保护酶活性变化。结果表明:高温对植株的株型,叶片大小,长势都造成了一定的影响;生理指标SOD呈现先上升后下降的趋势,POD与CAT则先下降后上升;MDA、O^(2-)、H_2O_2、Pro含量都出现持续上升的趋势。幼苗体内活性氧的积累,膜质氧化加剧可能是导致马铃薯高温伤害的原因之一。High temperature stress could seriously inhibit the growth and development of potatoes, leading to the decline of production and cause serious economic losses. To study heat resistance mechanism of potatoes,we analyzed the effect of high temperatures on potato seedlings' growth conditions and some physiological indices. We tested the contents of superoxide anion(O^2-), malondialdehyde(MDA), hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)and proline(Pro) contents and the enzymatic activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), and catalase(CAT) of potato seedlings of cultivar'Minshu No.1'under the high temperature treatments. The phenotypic changes before and after the high temperature treatment was also recorded. The results indicated that the high temperatures had certain effects on plant shape, leaf size and growth conditions. The contents of SOD increased first and then decreased; values of POD and CAT decreased first and then increased.Meanwhile, the contents of O^2-, MDA, H2O2 and Pro all increased during the examination period. The accumulation of reactive oxygen species and increased membrane oxidation in potato seedlings are the reasons that may cause the damages to potatoes under high temperatures.
