德国应用科技大学办学特色对高等职业教育发展的启示

摘　　要：通过对德国应用科技大学的调研分析,总结其产生背景和办学特色,提出从培养应用型高技能人才、强调专业设置的应用性、注重教学的实践环节、强化教师的实践能力和加强学生的就业指导等五方面优化高等职业教育人才培养模式,全面提升高等职业教育人才培养质量。Based on the investigation and analysis of the University of Applied Science andTechnology in Germany, this paper summarizes its background and characteristics, and proposes tooptimize higher vocational education from five aspects： cultivating applied high -skilled talents,emphasizing the applicability of specialty settings, paying attention to the practical links of teaching,strengthening the teachers＇ practical ability and strengthening the students＇ employment guidance, inorder to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational education.
