摘 要:职业卫生与职业医学是预防医学的主要分支学科,实践性较强。传统教学模式以理论讲授多、实践训练少,不利于学生动手能力的培养,如何构建既能培养学生扎实的理论基础、又能锻炼学生实践操作技能的新教学模式是亟待解决的问题。项目教学主要通过具体项目来组织教学,教学过程以学生为主体来开展,形式生动活泼、丰富多彩,能很好地激发学生的积极性,但项目教学需要经费支持。第二课堂项目开展形式与项目教学类似,不仅能为教学项目提供经费支持,还能很好地弥补第一课堂的不足,极大扩展了学生学习的时间和空间,是素质教育不可缺少的教学手段。综合应用第二课堂和项目教学为职业卫生与职业医学教学提供了新的思路与方法。文章总结了一些在职业卫生与职业医学教学中应用"第二课堂+项目教学"模式的体会,为今后职业卫生与职业医学教学提供参考。Occupational health and occupational medicine is a main sub-discipline of preventive medicine. Traditional teaching, with more theoretical teaching and less practical training, is not conductive to the cultivation of students' hands-on ability. Therefore, how to construct a new teaching model that can not only allow student to learn theoretical knowledge but also exercise their practical operat-ing skills is an urgent problem needed to be solved. Project teaching is a student-centered teaching method through specific projects in various forms. However, its disadvantage is that the project teaching needs financial support. Similarly, extracurricular activities in u- niversities are also indispensable teaching content for quality education, which not only can provide financial support for teaching pro-jects, but also can make up for the weaknesses of "first class" and greatly increase the time and space for students' learning. This ar-ticle summarizes some of the experiences of project teaching model plus extracurricular activities in occupational health and occupational medicine teaching to provide references for teaching occupational health and occupational medicine in future.
