摘　　要："国际商务"课程是国际商务专业硕士必修课,主要针对职业型学生。目前"国际商务"课程存在实战导向不突出、案例内容陈旧、案例质量参差不齐等不足。"国际商务"精品实战课程建设重在探索课程改革宏观设计,以实战实践问题为导向和主线,把系列知识点汇集起来,将课堂教学演变为连贯的实战研讨和训练;采用先进教学方法,致力将该课程打造成为以实战为导向,以实训为主线,培养国际商务竞争力的精品实战课程。International Business is a compulsory course for international business major, mainly for vocational students. At present, there are some shortcomings in the course, such as the lack of practical orientation, outdated case content and uneven case quality. Practical course construction of International Business focuses on exploring the macro design of curriculum reform, it takes practical problems as the direction and main line, a series of knowledge points are gathered, and classroom teaching is transformed into coherent practical discussion and training. It adopts advanced teaching methods to make the course practical to bring up business people endowed with international competitiveness.
