摘  要:提升教师心理健康教育能力是教师专业发展的重要内容,是培育学生核心素养的内在要求.调查显示,当前初中学科教师心理教育能力总体上处于中等水平,但部分教师心理教育能力较低,存在着性别、教龄、学历、年级等结构性差异.为促进教师专业发展、全面提升教育质量,建议加强学科教师的心理教育系统学习和专业培训,打造发展平台,完善督导评价制度,不断提高学科教师的心理教育能力.It is an important content of teachers professional development and an internal requirement of cultivating students’core literacy to improve teachers’mental health education ability. According to the survey, the psychological education ability of teachers in junior middle schools is generally at the intermediate level, but some of them have low psychological education ability. There are structural differences such as gender, teaching age, educational background and grade. In order to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality ofeducation completely, it is suggested to strengthen the psychological education systematic learning and professional training of subject teachers, to create a development platform and to perfect supervision and evaluation system to constantly improve the psychological education ability of subject teachers.
